DELIVERY & RETURNS
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and delivered on working days. Please also account for public and bank holidays when ordering as deliveries will take a little longer to reach you.
With all our U.K. deliveries a signature will be required upon delivery.
(Please get in touch with us if you do require a Saturday/Sunday.)
If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods a card will be left with details for re-delivery and/or collection. Organising a re-delivery is the responsibility of the customer.

If for some reason you are unhappy with your Fletch + Mills order we offer all our customers a no quibble exchange or refund guarantee. All you have to do is send us your original, unworn purchase within 14 days of receiving them and we will either exchange them for you or give you a refund of the purchase price. Unfortunately we cannot refund the delivery charge if you simply change your mind about an order and will only refund delivery charge if your order is incorrect or faulty. If the item was faulty when you receive it, please notify us within 14 days of receipt.
Parcels that are returned to us are the customer’s responsibility and we cannot issue a refund until we have received them back safely. We always recommend to our customers to send returns using a recorded or signed for service and to make sure that you retain proof of postage.

Please email us to arrange the return and we will confirm the correct returns address before you send back your item. We are not responsible for any returns that have been sent out to an incorrect address.
